Connect & Conquer ("the game", "we", "us") is published by Ankoay Pty Ltd, trading as NoobTube Games, an Australian company. This policy explains what information the game uses and who it is shared with.
Your campaign progress, stars, currency, cosmetics, settings, achievements, daily streaks, and any saved in-progress match are stored only on your device. We do not receive this information, and it is removed if you uninstall the game.
When you play an online match, the game connects to our match server. To run the match, the server receives your chosen display name (a name you pick, not tied to an account), your board and rule-pack choice, and your moves. Your display name is shown to your opponent during the match. Match data is held only while the match is in progress. Like any internet service, our hosting provider may process your IP address to deliver the connection. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, or phone number.
The free version of the game shows ads through Google AdMob, which may use ad networks through mediation (including Meta Audience Network, Unity Ads, and ironSource). These providers may collect and use device information such as your advertising ID, IP address, device and app information, and ad interactions to serve, measure, and personalize ads and to prevent fraud. We do not control how those providers use this data; see Google's advertising policy.
Where required (for example in the EEA, UK, and some US states), the game asks for your consent before showing personalized ads. On iOS, the game asks for permission under Apple's App Tracking Transparency before tracking. You can change your choice at any time in your device settings, and you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android or iOS settings.
The game is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13.
If you buy "Remove Ads", the purchase is processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We do not see or store your payment details. We receive confirmation that the purchase was made so the game can unlock it.
If you allow notifications, the game schedules a daily reminder on your device. These are local notifications created by the game itself; no notification data is sent to us. You can turn them off in your device settings.
We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with the service providers described above (advertising partners, app stores, and our server hosting provider) as needed to operate the game.
Because we do not run user accounts, there is nothing for us to delete beyond what is on your device: uninstalling the game removes your local data. If you want to ask about any data you believe we hold, contact us using the details below.
Connect & Conquer by NoobTube Games (Ankoay Pty Ltd) has no user accounts, so we do not hold a profile about you.
To ask us about any other data you think we hold, email noobtubegamesco@gmail.com with the subject "Connect & Conquer data request". We will reply within 30 days. Purchase records are kept by Google Play or Apple and are subject to their retention rules.
Connections to our server use encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live (for example under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, the GDPR, or US state laws), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to object to certain processing. Contact us and we will respond.
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above shows the current version.
